As our products are handmade, each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
You receive a damaged item.
You receive the wrong product.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Minor variations in colour, texture, or shape that are a natural result of handmade craftsmanship
Damage caused after delivery through misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will:
Issue a full refund, or
Send a replacement item, depending on availability and your preference.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, Life by MUE will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return does not meet our policy, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
